Job Description:

Fullpath is an AI-first tech company in the automotive space. We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to join us and make a real impact on our R&D team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the development of amazing new products, specifically within our Desking and CRM domains. This is a chance to work on a new, fully integrated product that is built to scale, working inside a smart, fun, and dynamic Israeli engineering team. This role has the potential to grow into a Tech Lead position, taking on responsibilities like mentoring others and potentially leading up to two teams.

Job Responsibility:

Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code across both the frontend and backend
Ensure that the projects you work on meet business objectives and coding standards
Support the deployment and testing of new products and features
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications
Design and implement APIs and integrations with third-party services to enhance system functionality
Optimize application performance through code profiling, monitoring, and refactoring as necessary
Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure code robustness and reliability
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to foster continuous improvement
Stay updated with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to drive innovation within the team
Assist in the establishment and enforcement of development standards and coding conventions
Act as a technical mentor to junior developers and peers

Requirements:

BSc Computer Science from a top university
7+ years of Software Development experience from a SaaS startup
At least 1-2 years in a Technical Leadership role
Strong hands-on experience with React (Frontend) and NodeJS (Backend)
Deep GenAI familiarity and adoption including daily hands-on experience using AI and emerging technologies
Strong SQL skills with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, or similar services and tools
Experience building and maintaining scalable web applications
Experience with supporting fast paced scaling Production Systems
Experience designing and working with microservices architecture
