Job Description:

The role is for a highly autonomous Senior Software Engineer who will be a technical driver, owning the architecture, making critical decisions independently, and delivering high-quality code with minimal supervision. The team works on Belkins Home, a proprietary high-load ecosystem serving as mission control for the sales organization, evolving into a comprehensive Sales Productivity Platform with modules for Omnichannel Communication & Tracking, Campaign Orchestration, AI-Powered Insights, and Advanced Data Processing.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain both the frontend and backend parts of the product
  • Improve system performance, stability, and code quality
  • Contribute to technical decision-making and engineering best practices
  • Take a role in ensuring the product meets high-quality standards for internal sales operations

Requirements:

  • Strong, commercial full-stack experience with TypeScript
  • Extreme ownership and responsibility for modules, infrastructure, and final results
  • Experience building internal or external SaaS products
  • Senior-level autonomy to navigate ambiguity and build high-load systems with minimal supervision
