Job Description:

Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer role in Developer Enablement function of CTO organisation, focused on making it easy for software engineering teams to go from business idea to delivering innovative product solutions. Working with diverse tech stack including Java/Kotlin, Python, Go, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, Mongo, and Generative AI technologies.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and test software applications
Work closely with team members to ensure software is delivered on time and within budget
Set standards for high quality software and great user experiences
Stay up to date on latest software development trends and technologies
Ensure software platforms are compliant with Citi's security and Software Development Life Cycle processes
Work with teams across organisation to drive everything-as-code and codified controls mind-set
Support and drive cultural change, instigating critical thinking about controls and processes

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in product teams
Strong Experience delivering code to production (preferably Python, Go, Java/SpringBoot and TypeScript)
Experience working in an agile software development environment
Proven experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, container-based micro-services, distributed logs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and DevSecOps
Deep understanding of user needs and contributing to overall product vision
Experience with Java/Kotlin, Python, Go, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, Mongo
Experience with Generative AI technologies such as GPT-4 or Gemini
