Join a small yet impactful engineering team that’s reshaping the future of work. At Leapsome, we empower product engineers to take ownership of their work, contributing to the full lifecycle of our features, from ideation and discovery to development and iteration. Collaboration is at the core of how we operate: you’ll work closely with product and design teams, combining vision and technical insight to create innovative, scalable, and secure solutions that delight our users. We emphasize delivering exceptional user experiences and solving real-world problems through thoughtful design, robust engineering, and an iterative, data-driven approach. As part of an agile and ambitious team, you’ll play a key role in shaping product and architecture decisions, creating features that truly make an impact. Your primary focus will be on People Enablement modules, such as performance management, learning, and engagement. A core part of your role will be developing features powered by AI capabilities, building AI-powered features that unlock new ways of working and understanding one another, with more authenticity and less effort. You'll design tools that empower employees and managers to collaborate and grow, contributing to features that emphasize usability, accessibility, and innovation. You'll also have opportunities to contribute to other strategic initiatives, including HRIS and broader platform enhancements.
