Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

As part of an agile and ambitious team, you’ll play a key role in shaping product and architecture decisions, creating features that truly make an impact. Your primary focus will be on People Enablement modules, such as performance management, learning, and engagement. A core part of your role will be developing features powered by AI capabilities, building AI-powered features that unlock new ways of working and understanding one another, with more authenticity and less effort. You'll design tools that empower employees and managers to collaborate and grow, contributing to features that emphasize usability, accessibility, and innovation. You'll also have opportunities to contribute to other strategic initiatives, including HRIS and broader platform enhancements.
