Job Description:

KAYAK is the world’s leading travel search engine, helping people find their perfect flight, stay, rental car, and vacation package. The company is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join their team in Kaunas or Vilnius, with a focus on building new features for affiliates and maintaining APIs. Job Responsibility:

Build new features and products for our affiliates
Maintain and enhance existing APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
Support existing affiliate integrations
Follow KPIs (revenue, sessions, etc.) and be part of the data driven decision making process
Locate and eliminate sources of recurring issues.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Web Development
Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Front End technologies: TypeScript, React, Redux, CSS (Sass or Less)
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Back End technologies: Java, Spring, MySQL
Strong programming fundamentals and understanding of software design principles
Strong knowledge of OOP patterns and API design
Experience writing unit and E2E tests
Openness to technical improvements across all layers (UI, backend, SQL, Elastic, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Fluent English communication skills
Skills to debug effectively in a full-stack environment.
