Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer to support the client in the "AI-powered Grid Modelling" initiative. The role involves developing innovative software solutions for the accelerated analysis of power grids and building a comprehensive database for AI/ML models.

Job Responsibility:

Building and architecture a comprehensive database for relevant grid data
Developing and maintaining applications for traditional and AI-powered grid analysis
Working closely with data scientists and grid experts to implement AI solutions
Mentoring and coaching junior developers
Ensuring code quality and creating technical documentation
Analyzing, testing, and validating before deployment
Troubleshooting and continuously optimizing development processes
Proactively identifying and implementing process improvements

Requirements:

University degree in IT or a related technical field
Several years of experience in full-stack software development
Expert knowledge of C++ and Python (10+ years)
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Expertise in AI/ML integration, e.g., neural networks (e.g., CANOS)

Nice to have:

Knowledge of HPC environments, scientific computing, or secure environments
German language
