Job Description:

Randstad Digital Switzerland is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Java Developer to work nearshore within the EU on exciting projects and contribute to the Solutions Design and Delivery Section of our client. The role involves full-stack development, stakeholder collaboration, and leveraging AI tools while ensuring compliance with technical standards and delivering high-quality documentation.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in technical design, implementation, maintenance, deployment, and support of web applications
Write comprehensive unit and functional tests
Gather, interpret, and analyze business requirements
Engage with stakeholders for system implementation, maintenance, and support
Collaborate with team members through code reviews and knowledge transfer
Stay updated on software development best practices
Ensure alignment with technical standards and procedures
Deliver technical and user documentation
Utilize Generative AI code assistants to improve productivity

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience with Java technologies
3 years of experience with Angular and NodeJS
1 year of experience using Generative AI code assistants
Strong computer science skills
Excellent communication skills in English
High attention to detail
Proven record of excellent teamwork

Nice to have:

Experience with QA activities
Familiarity with data management
Experience with Agile methodologies, preferably SCRUM
Experience with AWS services and deployment automation
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo
Familiarity with Docker
