An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to represent FinXL on a high-profile engagement with a premier Wealth Management client.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement robust features across the entire Java/React stack
  • Develop and refine mathematical and logical advice engine frameworks
  • Build out complex wealth calculation modules and drive platform automation
  • Actively utilise and implement AI/ML tools to drive platform innovation
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level engineers
  • Maintain rigorous standards for code quality and documentation
  • Drive development efficiency using tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Full Stack development using Java and React
  • Prior experience in the Wealth Management or FinTech sectors
  • High-calibre engineering mindset with a 'built-to-last' approach
  • Proven track record of strong tenure in previous professional roles
  • Experience with, or a demonstrable interest in, AI/ML implementation
  • Technical proficiency working with MongoDB for data management
  • Ability to lead technical initiatives and guide engineering standards
