Senior Full Stack Engineer

• Lead the development of our core valuation engine using Node.js and React.js
• Build complex, interactive React components for cap table modeling, waterfall analysis, and scenario simulation
• Design robust SQL/NoSQL schemas to handle sensitive equity data with 100% accuracy and auditability
• Develop internal tools to automate data extraction from legal documents and financial statements
• Build secure integrations with major cap table providers (Carta, Shareworks) and accounting software
• Maintain technical documentation for future reference
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during development
• Collaborate with other team members on architecture and design decisions

• 5+ years of expert-level React.js
• Deeply comfortable with TypeScript, state management (Redux/Zustand), and building sophisticated data grids
• 5+ years of Node.js experience
• Proven ability to build secure, scalable APIs and microservices
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL (relational equity data) and/or MongoDB
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, RDS, S3) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab)
• Experience implementing SOC2-level security practices, encryption, and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
• Experience in documenting requirements and specifications
• People-oriented and a team player
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers
• Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English

Experience with projects in healthcare domain will be a plus
