The Senior Full Stack Engineer role involves building scalable web applications, integrating real-time functionalities, and enabling business-oriented interfaces. The position is remote and offers a chance to shape cutting-edge digital solutions in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Architect and build dynamic, content-rich web experiences
deliver product features end-to-end, from concept to deployment
introduce tools and practices for improving technical efficiency
collaborate with designers and strategists to build solutions
enhance team efficiency by creating reusable components or processes that raise technical standards
improve core performance metrics.

Requirements:

Experience architecting and building dynamic, content-rich web experiences with headless CMS platforms
proficiency in React, Next.js, and Node.js stack with strong typing in TypeScript
ability to design robust data models, state management, and application architecture
proactive problem-solving skills in ambiguous scenarios
collaborative mindset with multidisciplinary teams
knowledge of microservices and data flow
ability to articulate and defend technical approaches while being open to team decisions.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Sanity or Payload CMSs
experience with introducing tools and practices to improve team efficiency.
