As a Senior Full Stack Engineer within our B2B Web team, you will join a stable yet evolving department that serves a massive global client base of over 80 million users. You will be part of a distributed, highly collaborative team of six, responsible for the end-to-end self-service admin panels that empower our business partners. This role offers a unique stimulating challenge: navigating a legacy system to architect modern, scalable solutions while overseeing fleet insights, enablement, and DevOps processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development of high-quality features across the frontend (React) and backend (Kotlin), ensuring a seamless experience for our B2B users
  • Drive the evolution of our architecture by identifying legacy bottlenecks and implementing modern, robust solutions
  • Oversee critical engineering processes including QA, A/B testing, and DevOps to maintain high system reliability
  • Mentor team members and share technical expertise to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth

Requirements

  • Extensive experience building complex web applications with React and modern frontend ecosystems
  • Strong proficiency in backend development, specifically with Kotlin (experience with Express.js and Java is also welcome)
  • Proven experience working with distributed messaging systems, specifically Kafka
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making
  • Solid understanding of DevOps processes
  • Professional fluency in English and a track record of working effectively in distributed, international teams
