Job Description:

Experienced .NET and MS Sql Server developer primarily be working on application management, developing enhancements, modernizing applications, adopt cloud servers, collaborate with all tech partners to make applications compliant, implement strategic software like CyberArk, Autosys, NDM and MQ. Accountability and ownership of key production issues, working with vendor to receive and implement solutions.

Job Responsibility:

You will be responsible for end-to-end aspects applications management, compliance and stakeholder communication
You will work as developer and support on development projects using .Net framework and MS Sql server
You will be responsible for collaborating with all tech partners
You will develop code if needed, mainly to troubleshoot an issue, help vendor with sample code/specifications
You may need to work proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks
You will perform Code reviews, test case reviews, and ensure code developed meets the requirements
You will learn and adapt to new tools and processes is crucial
You will be responsible an application manager and responsible for all aspects of the application including maintaining application related data hygiene, tech refresh (tech mandatory) projects and risk and compliance remediations
Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems
Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications
Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging
Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts
Identify problems, analyze information, and make evaluative judgements to recommend and implement solutions
Resolve issues by identifying and selecting solutions through the applications of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members

Requirements:

6-8 years of strong .Net framework experience, preferably C#.Net /ASP.net with application management skill set
6-8 years of experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server and Oracle) with expertise of SQL scripts, functions, stored procedures and performance tuning
Experience with Reporting Frameworks
Expertise in Design, Development, Deployment, and Issue fixing
Expertise with maintaining application related data hygiene, tech refresh (tech mandatory) projects and risk / compliance remediations
Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
Prior experience in application management is a plus
Must be dedicated and demonstrate strong skills in communication, problem solving and collaboration
Work in team environment and provide project status reports and be able to present solutions to peers and business groups
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Self-motivated, independent and take initiative
Flexible with working hours

Nice to have:

Financial services domain experience
Knowledge of Bitbucket, SonarQube, uDeploy
