Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking Senior Full Stack Developer who can support a life insurance client based in Seattle, WA. This candidate will be supporting a business team with building scalable, cloud-native applications that directly impact customer experience and internal efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable APIs and backend services
  • Build and maintain modern, responsive user interfaces using reusable UI components
  • Participate in large-scale implementations, including CI/CD automation, monitoring, and instrumentation
  • Write and maintain unit, integration, and performance tests
  • Contribute to architectural decisions to ensure scalable and maintainable systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and stakeholders on requirements and feature design
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Conduct code reviews and participate in quality assurance efforts
  • Identify, document, and resolve technical issues
  • Ensure applications meet performance, responsiveness, and accessibility standards

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Full-Stack Developer position
  • Experienced in JavaScript and React as the front-end frameworks
  • Proficiency in Kotlin is required
  • Java experience is also acceptable
  • Develop robust APIs, implement business logic, and maintain scalable, efficient server-side components
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, including containers, Lambda, EC2, and other AWS tools

Nice to have:

Salesforce front-end experience is also a plus
