Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Technology team in Pune. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering complex features integrated on Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) platforms using the Camunda Engine and BPMN business processes. You will be responsible for defining application architecture, designing and implementing scalable microservices, and mentoring junior developers. This is a greenfield project, offering a unique opportunity to shape foundational frameworks and best practices for process automation within the CARE domain.

Job Responsibility:

Define architecture and create high-level design artefacts for process automation solutions
Develop and implement Java-based microservices aligned with sprint objectives
Lead the successful integration of Camunda BPMN processes and associated tools
Build proof of concepts and contribute to the development of Camunda capabilities within VOIS
Mentor and train Java developers to enhance their proficiency in Camunda BPMN
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand the process automation footprint in Solstice
Ensure high-quality code deliverables and support resolution of technical issues in shared modules

Requirements:

Proficient in Camunda Engine, BPMN, and SOA/Microservice architecture
Strong hands-on experience in Java development with a solid grasp of design patterns, particularly for microservices
Skilled in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks, with working knowledge of CI/CD tools
Familiar with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms, ideally Kafka
Holds a degree or higher qualification in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline
Demonstrates excellent analytical, technical communication, and coaching skills
Brings a collaborative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving and team engagement
