Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Technology team in Pune. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering complex features integrated on Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) platforms using the Camunda Engine and BPMN business processes. You will be responsible for defining application architecture, designing and implementing scalable microservices, and mentoring junior developers. This is a greenfield project, offering a unique opportunity to shape foundational frameworks and best practices for process automation within the CARE domain.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define architecture and create high-level design artefacts for process automation solutions
  • Develop and implement Java-based microservices aligned with sprint objectives
  • Lead the successful integration of Camunda BPMN processes and associated tools
  • Build proof of concepts and contribute to the development of Camunda capabilities within VOIS
  • Mentor and train Java developers to enhance their proficiency in Camunda BPMN
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand the process automation footprint in Solstice
  • Ensure high-quality code deliverables and support resolution of technical issues in shared modules

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Camunda Engine, BPMN, and SOA/Microservice architecture
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java development with a solid grasp of design patterns, particularly for microservices
  • Skilled in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks, with working knowledge of CI/CD tools
  • Familiar with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms, ideally Kafka
  • Holds a degree or higher qualification in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Demonstrates excellent analytical, technical communication, and coaching skills
  • Brings a collaborative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving and team engagement
