Senior Frontend Software Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain new and existing features for our digital banking platform
• Build proof of concepts and drive technical improvements
• Own the entire software development lifecycle, from idea generation to production release
• Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, and other team members to ensure high-quality implementations
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within Tribes, Guilds, and Chapters
• Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and scalability

• Strong skills in Java, Maven, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with relational databases and Spring JPA/Hibernate
• Proficiency with microservices architecture (Netflix OSS is a plus), Cloud, and Apache Tomcat
• Understanding of non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability, etc.)
• Solid grasp of Enterprise Integration Patterns
• Solid background in software development and design
• Clear and confident communicator - being able to engage with both technical stakeholders and team members
• Experience in the banking or fintech domain is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills
