The Web Team in the Foundations area builds the shared experience and technical foundations that the Mentimeter website stands on. The website is where millions of people first meet the brand, explore what Mentimeter can do, and begin their journey.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define how the website experience feels, performs, and evolves
  • Hands-on engineering using TypeScript, Node, React, Next.js
  • Build systems, tooling, and workflows that enable teams like Marketing and Growth to work autonomously, quickly, and creatively without compromising technical quality
  • Take a leading role in shaping the long-term technical direction of mentimeter.com
  • Drive architectural decisions and set standards for a scalable, performant, and maintainable web platform
  • Advocate for accessibility, performance, SEO, and security
  • Help strengthen a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making
  • Mentor peers
  • Contribute to engineering culture

Requirements:
