Senior Frontend / Fullstack Engineer – Web Team

• Define how the website experience feels, performs, and evolves
• Hands-on engineering using TypeScript, Node, React, Next.js
• Build systems, tooling, and workflows that enable teams like Marketing and Growth to work autonomously, quickly, and creatively without compromising technical quality
• Take a leading role in shaping the long-term technical direction of mentimeter.com
• Drive architectural decisions and set standards for a scalable, performant, and maintainable web platform
• Advocate for accessibility, performance, SEO, and security
• Help strengthen a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making
• Mentor peers
• Contribute to engineering culture

• 6+ years of working on modern, scalable web applications
• Deep knowledge of contemporary frontend technologies and frameworks
• Ability to work across the stack when needed
• Holistic thinking about architecture, performance, and long-term maintainability
• Experience writing clean, thoughtful code
• Thrive in cross-functional environments
• Enjoy collaborating with marketing and design
