Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop and enhance our solutions while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering production-grade, high-quality code
Analyze customer requirements to design technical solutions, plan development work, and create scalable architecture
Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from business logic implementation to final deployment
Actively participate in Agile processes including demo sessions, Scrum ceremonies, and innovation workshops (Idea Talks)
Contribute to project estimation and planning activities to ensure successful delivery
Maintain code quality standards through peer reviews and comprehensive test coverage
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and integrating new technologies into our stack
Optional: Share your expertise through mentoring, conducting technical interviews, or speaking at internal/external events

Requirements:

4+ years of hands-on web development experience with expert-level knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less)
Extensive experience with modern frameworks (React.js/Angular/Vue.js) and enthusiasm for learning new technologies
Proficiency with build tools including Webpack (preferred) and Gulp/Grunt
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in practice
B1+ English proficiency with experience communicating effectively with English-speaking clients
Continuous learning mindset with passion for staying current with technological advancements

Nice to have:

Familiarity with state management (Redux/Flux) or GraphQL/Relay
Backend development experience with Node.js, RDBMS, or MongoDB
