Job Description:

Hostaway is a SaaS scale-up transforming the vacation rental industry. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will join a profitable, high-growth company at an exciting stage.

Job Responsibility:

Design and build scalable, high-quality UI components and features
Implement user workflows that are intuitive, performant, and accessible
Collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver seamless end-to-end user experiences
Develop and maintain reusable component libraries and contribute to design system evolution
Ensure frontend performance optimization, responsive layouts, and cross-browser compatibility
Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure reliability and stability
Participate in code reviews to uphold frontend engineering best practices and standards
Document frontend architecture, components, and design patterns for knowledge sharing
Mentor junior developers, fostering growth and elevating team technical standards
Proactively identify and drive technical improvements in frontend systems

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in SaaS software development
Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
Experience in state management solutions (e.g., Redux, context APIs)
Proven track record in building scalable, maintainable frontend applications
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or similar, Playwright
Understanding of accessibility (a11y) and frontend performance optimization best practices
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and smooth integration with backend services
Experience working in a Cloud environment (AWS is a plus)
English language level C1
