Job Description:

Are you driven by building low-latency, data-rich frontends that update in real time? A leading financial services organisation in London is expanding its engineering team and looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help shape the next generation of real-time user interfaces. You’ll be joining a team that handles vast amounts of fast-moving data and turns it into intuitive, beautifully engineered experiences used by business-critical teams.

Job Responsibility:

Build new high-impact frontend features using React + TypeScript
Engineer scalable, reliable UI systems for real-time decision-making
Make sense of large, fast-moving datasets and design intuitive ways for users to interact with them
Contribute to design, UX, performance optimisation, and frontend architecture decisions
Work as part of a cross-functional team with product, engineering, and domain experts

Requirements:

Strong React and TypeScript experience
Deep understanding of JavaScript, browser APIs, and performance optimisation
Experience building low-latency, data-rich interfaces that update in real time
Ability to simplify complex problems into elegant, intuitive user experiences
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Experience with testing, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
