Job Description:

This is a role for someone who wants ownership, technical influence, and a clear path toward staff or leadership roles as the company grows. You’ll join at the right time: strong product-market fit, ambitious growth plans, and space to shape architecture and standards. You’ll work on deep, long-term frontend initiatives, not surface-level UI work. Your decisions will matter, you’ll collaborate closely with Tech Leads, Engineering Managers, and Product leadership.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead complex frontend initiatives end-to-end
  • Drive a full revamp of client-facing interfaces
  • Build and evolve our in-house design systems
  • Tackle technical debt with scalability in mind
  • Design reliable, scalable frontend solutions for one of our core product verticals
  • Contribute to long-term architectural decisions as we scale teams across locations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of frontend experience in SaaS or product-driven companies
  • take ownership, show initiative, and enjoy solving hard problems
  • comfortable working on large, evolving codebases
  • strong communicator, fluent in English
  • curious, pragmatic, and motivated to grow with the company
