This is a role for someone who wants ownership, technical influence, and a clear path toward staff or leadership roles as the company grows. You’ll join at the right time: strong product-market fit, ambitious growth plans, and space to shape architecture and standards. You’ll work on deep, long-term frontend initiatives, not surface-level UI work. Your decisions will matter, you’ll collaborate closely with Tech Leads, Engineering Managers, and Product leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Lead complex frontend initiatives end-to-end
Drive a full revamp of client-facing interfaces
Build and evolve our in-house design systems
Tackle technical debt with scalability in mind
Design reliable, scalable frontend solutions for one of our core product verticals
Contribute to long-term architectural decisions as we scale teams across locations
Requirements:
5+ years of frontend experience in SaaS or product-driven companies
take ownership, show initiative, and enjoy solving hard problems
comfortable working on large, evolving codebases
strong communicator, fluent in English
curious, pragmatic, and motivated to grow with the company
