Anabas is a dynamic, national Facilities Management company specializing in providing top-tier workplace experiences for corporate office occupiers. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Front of House Receptionist to deliver exceptional client service and reception responsibilities to one of our prestigious clients in Central London. This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for delivering a 5-star customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process, following SOP’s
Resolve escalated guest issues and complaints with professionalism while oversee daily reception operations, ensuring all procedures are followed
Own the organising and delivery of exceptional event management services to the client, including working with the client on creating the event specification, in collaboration with the Floor Captain
Sourcing internal event support eg, overtime with Setting up/down the event, exceeding customer expectations
Be the main point of client contact on the day of the event
Manage room bookings, cancellations, and guest preferences
Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with data protection policies
Lead by example in upholding grooming, presentation, and service standards
Monitor the stock level as part of the management and ordering groceries
Assist Floor Captain with Event arrangments, set up and beakdown
Assist Floor Captain with carrying out floor walks and cleaning audits when requested
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and fire procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Assist with NDA’s as and when required for new site attenances
Assist Floor Captain with Site Inductions of Contractors when requested
Requirements:
Previous experience in a luxury office environment
Proven ability to supervise or mentor junior staff
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Immaculate presentation and professional demeanour
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Leadership qualities and a collaborative approach
