As a Senior Front End Rails Engineer, you will architect and build core systems that power the platform at scale. You'll own complex technical challenges, drive design decisions, and set a high bar for code quality, performance, and reliability. You'll also mentor engineers, influence best practices, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful software.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience in scalable, high-performance production environments
  • Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular)
  • Deep expertise in OOP principles and system architecture
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems
  • Demonstrated technical leadership — mentoring engineers, facilitating alignment, contributing to sound technical decision-making
  • Strong communicator, able to articulate technical concepts clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
