Job Description:

This is a pivotal, hands-on creative role where you will orchestrate the entire fragrance development process for the assigned categories. As the central creative and strategic partner for the APAC region, your mission is to lead the fragrance development process. This is not a siloed role; you will be part of a passionate and integrated team of perfumers, evaluators, and lab specialists who share a curiosity for scent. This is a high-visibility position, offering you the chance to network with creative centers regionally and make a significant, measurable impact on a core, high-growth category for the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the fragrance development process from initial brief to final submission, ensuring all project milestones are met
  • Act as the key strategic link between clients, perfumers, and internal technical (R&D, Labs, Marketing) teams
  • Decode complex client briefs and translate deep market trends into clear, winning olfactive strategies
  • Partner daily with world-class perfumers to guide, evaluate, and refine their creative submissions, providing expert sensory feedback
  • Serve as the ultimate sensory expert to select the final, commercially-successful fragrances that will win in the market
  • Collaborate with the sales team to present and articulate the creative vision behind fragrance selections to key clients

Requirements:

  • A background or degree in Chemistry, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
  • Minimum 6-8 years of direct experience in fragrance creative and evaluation experience
  • Deep olfactive expertise and a genuine passion for the consumer fragrance categories
  • Exceptional sensory evaluation is required
  • A proven understanding of regional market trends and consumer preferences
