Senior FP&S Analyst

• Model Ownership: Own revenue models that set goals and measure performance for a key Checkr line of business or segment
• Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, Marketing, Analytics and more
• Strategy: Assess and define our existing and potential future strategic priorities
• Insights: Proactively deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that inform go-to-market tactics
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to our long-range and annual planning processes

• 4+ years of experience
• Foundational experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance/business operations
• Experience with consumption-based business models is a meaningful plus
• Proven track record of driving business outcomes through data analytics and financial insights
• Expert-level modeling ability, translating complex business drivers into clear frameworks
• Demonstrated examples of strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Salesforce, BI tools (ie. Looker), and SQL
• Have a hustler mindset
• Thrive in an environment where you will be asked to own an ambiguous project that you have not done before
