Job Description

As a Senior FP&A Manager, you will gain a broad overview of all key financial processes at Westwing and have the opportunity to further develop and optimise them. Working closely with the Finance and Executive teams, you will be actively involved in strategic and operational topics, as well as critical decision-making at both the Westwing Group and entity level.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a strategic leader within the FP&A team, driving full transparency and insight into costs across the entire Group
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams, functions, and countries, acting as a strategic partner to the CFO, members of the Executive team, and leaders across all functions
  • Support and inform top management decisions by providing high-level financial transparency and insights through critical, company-wide analyses
  • Manage financial risk by flagging potential deviations from plan and offering proactive improvement suggestions
  • Drive continuous optimisation of financial processes, leveraging AI and automation to enhance the accuracy and scalability of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Collaborate with and support the Investor Relations function on financial messaging and analysis

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in an analytical environment such as financial planning and analysis, controlling, or finance
  • Strong analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to dive into details while also seeing the bigger picture
  • Drive to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in processes and proactively improve them
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, handling complex, unstructured tasks with a strong sense of ownership, organisation, and drive
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly, factually, and persuasively with stakeholders at all seniority levels
  • Enthusiasm for making an impact and working in a multicultural team
  • Fluency in English
