Job Responsibility:
Act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders within the CIO organization, supporting decision-making, financial governance, and resource allocation across markets
Own key financial operations processes (POs, accruals, budget tracking)
Maintain financial models that allocate central technology costs to business units based on usage data

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Controlling, or similar roles
Experience in a technology, digital, SaaS, or multinational environment is highly valued
Exposure to central cost allocation or shared services environments is a strong advantage
Strong financial modelling skills (advanced Excel / Google Sheet required)
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Familiarity with cost allocation methodologies or resource-based costing is preferred
Experience working with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday Financials) is beneficial
Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
High level of ownership and accountability
Structured, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
Clear communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certifications (CIMA, ACCA, CFA, CPA, or similar) are a plus but not required
