As Senior FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in driving financial visibility, performance, and accountability across Omio’s B2C business. You will own planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for key business areas and act as a trusted finance business partner to senior stakeholders. Operating in a fast-paced, data-rich environment, you will translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights that directly influence strategic and commercial decisions.
Job Responsibility:
Own and deliver clear, insightful monthly financial and management reporting for senior leadership and key stakeholders
Lead deep-dive variance analyses and trend reviews, identifying drivers, risks, and opportunities for growth and efficiency
Act as a proactive finance business partner to group function leaders, challenging assumptions and supporting strategic decision-making
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the B2C business
Build and maintain robust financial models to support commercial initiatives and investment decisions
Collaborate closely with Accounting to ensure accurate, timely month-end closes and financial integrity
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support for strategic projects and executive requests
Continuously improve FP&A processes, reporting quality, and analytical frameworks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a similar finance role, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Strong expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, commercial insights
Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial controls (e.g. IFRS, HGB)
Hands-on experience with financial systems and tools
Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge constructively
Comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment with high ownership and accountability
