Job Description:

As Senior FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in driving financial visibility, performance, and accountability across Omio’s B2C business. You will own planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for key business areas and act as a trusted finance business partner to senior stakeholders. Operating in a fast-paced, data-rich environment, you will translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights that directly influence strategic and commercial decisions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and deliver clear, insightful monthly financial and management reporting for senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Lead deep-dive variance analyses and trend reviews, identifying drivers, risks, and opportunities for growth and efficiency
  • Act as a proactive finance business partner to group function leaders, challenging assumptions and supporting strategic decision-making
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the B2C business
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support commercial initiatives and investment decisions
  • Collaborate closely with Accounting to ensure accurate, timely month-end closes and financial integrity
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support for strategic projects and executive requests
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes, reporting quality, and analytical frameworks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a similar finance role, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, commercial insights
  • Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
  • Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial controls (e.g. IFRS, HGB)
  • Hands-on experience with financial systems and tools
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge constructively
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment with high ownership and accountability
