Senior FP&A Analyst

• Build and manage financial models
• Support with the development and submission of budgets and forecasts, ensuring inputs are managed in an accurate, efficient manner to all levels of the organisation
• Provide in-depth analysis on business performance, working closely with the FP&A manager to emphasise the implications of the numbers and suggested actions
• Ability to work across various stakeholders within the business and bring knowledge from various sources to support with the insights
• Identify areas for process improvement
• Work collaboratively across different teams, particularly the global finance teams
• Generate, analyse, and report complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
• Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis

• Ambitious, commercially minded finance professional with accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• A solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modelling is essential
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry would be advantageous
• Ability to analyse and work with large volumes of data to support informed decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong team player
• Planning and organisation skills, ability to plan and prioritise work schedule and work within agreed timescales
