We are looking for an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis efforts while contributing to forecasting and strategic decision-making. Job Responsibility

  • Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses to support decision-making processes
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to guide business strategy
  • Perform data entry tasks and ensure the integrity of financial information
  • Utilize EPM tools and Adaptive Insights for advanced financial planning and reporting
  • Assist in managing capital expenditures and monitoring their financial impact
  • Collaborate on the development of the annual budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Handle ad hoc financial analysis requests to address specific business needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and enhance efficiency
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field
  • Proficient in using EPM tools and Adaptive Insights for financial modeling
  • Strong understanding of capital management principles and practices
  • Proven ability to manage annual budgeting processes and deliver accurate results
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
