The Senior FP&A Analyst will support the Power Test Division within the Semiconductor Test Group, owning financial forecasting, analytics, reporting and business partnerships. This role partners cross‑functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Division management to provide insights that drive performance, increased profitability, and operational discipline across multiple platforms and product lines.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee revenue forecasting and actuals tracking for a ~$20M AET and Lemsys product line portfolio by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, providing accurate variance evaluation and divisional reporting
Perform margin and profitability evaluation—including mix, pricing, warranty, and cost drivers—and develop financial models supporting new product introductions and strategic investments
Oversee ~$40M yearly Power Test Engineering global budget, ensuring adherence to division plan assumptions and variance evaluation
Support Sales & Marketing with spend evaluation, booking trends, pricing actions, and customer‑specific financial modeling
Prepare Quarterly Business Review (QBR), monthly review, and other reporting packages
Support integration of AET business unit into Oracle Fusion – including development of new and improved processes to ensure the business has full utilization of the current and future ERP systems
Partner with Corporate FP&A, Division Finance, and Corporate Accounting to streamline processes and improve automation and data accuracy
Drive consistency and alignment in financial forecasting and reporting standards across the Power Test – integrating AET and Lemsys Divisions into the Power Test structure
Assist in consolidation of Power Test financials including Eagle Test, AET and Lemsys divisions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field
MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
8-10+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience in technology, Semiconductor, or manufacturing
Ability to travel to Regensburg, Germany office as needed
Fluent in written and spoken English
Strong forecasting, modeling, analytical, and variance evaluation skills
High proficiency in Excel
experience with Oracle ERP, Hyperion, Power BI, or similar tools preferred
Ability to communicate insights clearly to management and operate independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
Nice to have:
