Job Description:

Then the role of Senior FP&A Analyst – Strategic Business Partner is the perfect opportunity for you! In this strategic role, you will act as a true financial advisor to business units and management, providing in-depth analysis of financial performance, driving budgeting and forecasting processes, and supporting key growth, investment and optimization decisions.

Job Responsibility:

Act as a business partner for several business units: understand business issues, challenge assumptions and make informed financial recommendations
Actively participate in the budget process, financial forecasts, quarterly performance reviews and variance analyses
Produce strategic financial analyses supporting growth initiatives, investments and corporate decision-making
Develop and automate robust financial models to simulate different scenarios
Prepare presentations for senior management and the executive committee, with relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes (tools, reports, dashboards)
Support the execution of special projects: mergers/acquisitions, restructuring, new markets

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field (MBA or CPA designation a major asset)
Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
Strong expertise in FP&A, performance management and financial modeling
Excellent team management, coaching and talent mobilization skills
Strong analytical mind, rigor, and ability to evolve in a constantly changing environment
Proficiency in ERP systems and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
