In this strategic role, you will act as a true financial advisor to business units and management, providing in-depth analysis of financial performance, driving budgeting and forecasting processes, and supporting key growth, investment and optimization decisions.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a business partner for several business units: understand business issues, challenge assumptions and make informed financial recommendations
  • Actively participate in the budget process, financial forecasts, quarterly performance reviews and variance analyses
  • Produce strategic financial analyses supporting growth initiatives, investments and corporate decision-making
  • Develop and automate robust financial models to simulate different scenarios
  • Prepare presentations for senior management and the executive committee, with relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes (tools, reports, dashboards)
  • Support the execution of special projects: mergers/acquisitions, restructuring, new markets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field (MBA or CPA designation a major asset)
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong expertise in FP&A, performance management and financial modeling
  • Excellent team management, coaching and talent mobilization skills
  • Strong analytical mind, rigor, and ability to evolve in a constantly changing environment
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
