Senior FP&A Analyst - Business Partner

• Collaborate closely with operational teams to understand their needs and financial challenges
• Provide in-depth financial analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare and present the annual budget and monitor it monthly and ad hoc
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and ensure better cost management
• Participate in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and respond to specific financial requests
• All other related tasks

• CPA designation or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, in French and English
• External audit experience, an asset
• Analytical and synthesizing skills
