We're looking to add a Senior Formulation Associate to this busy and fast-paced team.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage formulations for daily order requirements and formulation related enquiries and documentation
  • Lead and support product development and formulation related tasks, with ownership and accountability for delivery
  • To approve product request, create and approve formulation to meet the requirements of the daily orders
  • To support and lead appropriate QMS activities relevant to formulation
  • To create, review, and maintain Formulation Reports, Product Data Sheets, and formulation related documents
  • To assist in formulation related enquiries from the Customer Services Department and the Production Department
  • To gather information to support and lead product development and product optimisation
  • To train, support, and mentor junior team members
  • To approve licensed medicine specifications and unlicensed medicines specifications as required
  • To organise trials and create trial protocols
  • To maintain up-to-date knowledge of GMP and MHRA guidelines with regards to supplying of specials

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in a field of science-related or pharmacy subject is highly desired
  • Experience developing formulations for veterinary pharmaceutical products is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 3 yrs Good Manufacturing Practice experience
  • Good numerical and writing skill
  • Ability to follow instruction
  • Detail oriented, and excellent memorization skill
  • Eager to learn and adaptive to any changes
  • Good IT skills and good administrative skills such as email writing, filing and presentation skill
  • Good initiative, introspective skill with ‘can do’ attitude
  • Positive mindset and ability to resolve problems
  • Team player with ability to work with multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to cope with changes and pressure
