Requirements

Significant experience (senior role) as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse or Manufacturing & Logistics environment
Valid Forklift Operator License (cariste card/certification) is essential
Proven ability to perform work with minimal autonomy
Demonstrated ability to train and mentor other operators
Advanced proficiency in forklift operation and handling techniques
Strong skills in autonomy and quick decision-making
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage warehouse space optimally
French communication skills (written and oral)

Job Responsibility

Performing complex material handling and product storage and retrieval tasks

Training junior staff on best practices for equipment use and safety
Conducting routine equipment inspections to ensure proper functioning and reporting any failures

Ensuring strict compliance with all current safety standards (OHS) in the Manufacturing & Logistics field

Lead all warehousing and distribution operations across a large, multi-building campus supporting nationwide material delivery
Develop SOPs, best practices, and workflows to support business expansion and maintain coordination and consistency across all functions
