Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Foreman to lead our Projects Workshop team. This role is ideal for a strong technical professional with solid workshop experience and the ability to drive teams to meet fabrication deadlines efficiently and safely.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise workshop technicians and machine operators
  • Allocate daily work based on production schedules
  • Ensure timely completion of fabrication jobs
  • Maintain quality standards and minimize rework
  • Enforce workshop safety and discipline
  • Coordinate with Workshop Engineer on production priorities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in fabrication/workshop environment
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or foreman role
  • Strong practical knowledge in welding, fabrication, and machinery operation
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Hands-on technical expertise
