Extensive experience in mobile app development, ideally 5+ years overall
At least 2+ years’ hands-on Flutter experience, delivering production-grade apps
A strong grasp of app architecture, state management, and testing in Flutter
An appreciation for design and UX

Job Responsibility

Lead the design, development, and delivery of new features for the Pod Point Home App, built in Flutter
Work closely with designers to create intuitive, modern, and beautiful app experiences
Ensure quality and performance through testing, review, and refinement
Help bring the Home App to feature parity with our legacy app and push forward modernisation of the UX
Support the evolution of the app into a Home Energy Management System, integrating new propositions like solar, heat pumps, and smart tariffs
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and services, occasionally contributing to backend work where needed
Mentor and support less experienced engineers, sharing best practices across our growing Flutter community
