Associates degree in Health & Human services
Two (2) years of experience working with people with a developmental disability
Two (2) years of supervisory experience, human services field preferred
OPWDD experience preferred
Valid New York State drivers license

Job Responsibility

Day-to-day management of FI services
Supervisory responsibilities of both DSPs and administrative staff
Conducting SDS education meetings and interviews
Attend Life Plan and Circle of Support meetings
Budget review
Time sheet and reimbursement approvals

Job Responsibility

Serve customers face-to-face and by phone, taking orders and payments
Maintain food hygiene and safety standards at all times
Support with cleaning, restocking and general store duties
Contribute to local marketing activities (e.g. leaflet drops, events)
Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings and weekends
