Job Description:

Work in our Self-Directed Services division. Driven by the core belief that children and adults with developmental disabilities have the right to realize their full potential and live as independently as possible.

Job Responsibility:

  • Day-to-day management of FI services
  • Supervisory responsibilities of both DSPs and administrative staff
  • Conducting SDS education meetings and interviews
  • Attend Life Plan and Circle of Support meetings
  • Budget review
  • Time sheet and reimbursement approvals

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Health & Human services
  • Two (2) years of experience working with people with a developmental disability
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience, human services field preferred
  • OPWDD experience preferred
  • Valid New York State drivers license
