Previous experience in similar position
Full UK driving license

Job Responsibility

Carry out passive fire assessments
Performance characteristics on external walls from manufacturers literature, certification, and interpretation of test reports
Fire Risk Appraisals
External wall assessments (EWS1 and FRAEW)
Site visits
Ensuring compliance with legislation and UK building standards
Travel around the UK with potential overnight stays
Strong time management and meeting deadlines
Assisting with fee proposals
Commercial astuteness
