Job Description

A well-established and forward-thinking consultancy is seeking a Senior Fire Risk Assessor to join their growing fire safety team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Fire Risk Assessor to take ownership of complex projects across a varied portfolio, including high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Job Responsibility

  • lead on delivering detailed fire risk assessments, including complex and high-risk buildings
  • producing comprehensive reports, ensuring full compliance with current UK legislation
  • offering clear, practical guidance to clients
  • mentoring junior assessors
  • supporting the wider team's technical development
  • managing client relationships
  • attending site visits nationwide
  • contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes and service delivery
  • maintaining high standards across all projects

Requirements

  • NEBOSH Fire
  • Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment or equivalent
  • Tier 3 IFSM registration or IFE membership highly desirable
  • strong track record of delivering complex fire risk assessments independently
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
