Senior Fire Risk Assessor

• Act as the senior FRA – carrying out fire risk assessments and provide safety guidance
• Be the lead fire risk assessor for the team – working with management you will ensure the team meeting SLA’s and working towards measurable KPI’s and support where needed
• Review and authorise reports
• Carry out validation, verification and QA technical reports
• Support with coaching, mentoring and succession planning for the FRA team
• Working with the service team, manage the work flow
• Engage and lead on fee earning projects
• Supported by HR, carry out performance reviews and PDP’s
• Carry out any required FRA’s

• Tier 3 TFRAR/NFRAR Certified
• Working knowledge of carrying out FRA’s in complex buildings
• Fire safety qualification
• Recognised professional membership such as IFE or IFSM
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK as required
• Deliver projects on time and to standard

• Some experience of team management and confidence mentoring
• Previous management/team lead experience
