Job Responsibility:
Deliver fire risk assessments across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, mixed-use and public sector buildings
Manage client relationships
Produce detailed reports
Support junior members of the team
Undertake Type 1 to Type 4 fire risk assessments
Produce high-quality reports
Identify fire safety risks
Recommend practical remedial actions
Advise clients on compliance with fire safety legislation
Support business development
Maintain strong client relationships
Assist with mentoring less experienced members of the team
Requirements:
Experience completing fire risk assessments across multiple sectors
Strong knowledge of the Regulatory Reform Order
Understanding of the Fire Safety Act and Building Safety Act
Experience with residential and commercial buildings
Excellent technical report writing ability
Strong client-facing skills
NEBOSH Fire, Level 4 Fire Risk Assessment or equivalent
