A recognised fire risk assessment qualification (e.g. NEBOSH Fire, FPA, IFSM, IFE)
2+ years’ experience in fire risk assessment within a similar organisation
Strong experience in FRAs, ideally including construction phase assessments
The ability to interpret fire strategies and technical drawings
Excellent analytical and report-writing skills

Job Responsibility

Conducting detailed fire risk assessments across multiple building types
Reviewing fire strategies, pre-occupancy requirements, and occupancy calculations
Carrying out Regulation 38 reviews and construction phase FRAs
Collaborating with fire engineers and fire strategy teams on multidisciplinary projects
Producing comprehensive reports with clear recommendations for fire safety improvements
