Job Description:

Senior Fire Engineer is required to join a growing fire team within a leading global multidisciplinary consultancy. Based at their London HQ, this is a pivotal role within a team of four, with plans to double in size over the next year. This is a rare opportunity to be a key part of that growth, with uncapped progression and a clear route to leadership.

Job Responsibility:

Developing fire strategies, CFD modelling, and detailed design for new build projects
Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations, Gateway processes, and conducting site inspections
Reviewing and assessing fire strategies and external wall reports
Providing expert advice on compartmentation, refurbishments, and fire safety compliance

Requirements:

A degree in Fire Engineering or a related discipline
Member of IFE or IFSM
Experience in both new build fire strategies and existing building risk assessments
Ideally proficient in CFD modelling, fire safety design, and regulatory frameworks
Strong knowledge of UK fire safety regulations, including Approved Document B and PAS 9980
Experience conducting external wall assessments and remediation planning
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
