Job Description:

Senior Fire Consultant role with a respected, employee-owned consultancy specializing in fire safety, risk management, and compliance. Opportunity to work on UK-wide projects across education, healthcare, commercial, residential, and public buildings with a multi-disciplinary team.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct fire safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews across a diverse property portfolio
Undertake site surveys and desktop reviews, liaising with clients, project teams, and enforcement authorities
Prepare high-quality reports, action plans, and training materials
Provide expert advice on fire safety standards, codes of practice, and statutory requirements
Support and mentor junior consultants, helping to develop technical capability across the team
Contribute to research, technical discussions, and best practice development within the company

Requirements:

Degree in Construction, Engineering, or Fire Safety (or equivalent)
NEBOSH Fire or Health & Safety qualification (minimum)
Member of IOSH or the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE)
Minimum 4 years' experience in fire safety consultancy, compliance, or risk management
Excellent communication and technical writing skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites when required
