Kitchen Tune-Up Denver is seeking an Experienced Finish Carpenter / Custom Cabinet Installer to craft stunning kitchens in Denver. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand with homeowners. We are a growing remodeling business and have a sister business (Bath Tune Up - Denver) as well. This role will have a great opportunity to join our growing team as we work on kitchen and bathroom projects in the Denver area. Job Responsibility:
Arrive on time in a logo’d shirt, ready to transform kitchens with precision
Install, shim, and modify cabinets, doors, drawer fronts, and decorative hardware
Leverage your expertise to deliver innovative kitchen remodels and cabinet refacing
Work with install team to train and guide junior installers (if applicable), fostering a collaborative team environment
Maintain a clean, organized work area and communicate daily with the project manager and thru BuilderTrend software
Interact professionally with clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
Requirements:
5+ years of finish carpentry experience, with a focus on kitchen remodeling or cabinetry
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality work the first time
Excellent experience and ability to layout and install new custom cabinetry in kitchens and bathrooms, inclusive of crown/stacker crown moldings, finish trim work, custom hoods, custom shelving bookcases, etc.
Skilled in using power tools (table saw, miter saw, router, nail guns) and hand tools
Ability to lead projects, assist with design/measuring, and ensure flawless installations
Ability to solve for issues on job sites to keep punch lists to a minimum and on time execution
Professional demeanor with excellent customer communication skills
Experience with cabinet refacing and edgebanding of new and existing cabinetry
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Ability to pass a standard background check and adhere to our drug-free workplace policy
Must be authorized to work in the US
Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required
Nice to have:
Experience with bathrooms remodels a big plus (tile, Drywall, wedi shower systems)
