Senior Financial Services Specialist

• Provide high quality Hong Kong MPF/Provident Fund administrative services
• Acquire updated program, workflow and product knowledge
• Process internal and external client requests
• Identify and report fraud/error/irregular transactions
• Build positive relationships with peers and promote teamwork

• College degree or above
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good English reading and writing skills
• Able to arrange multiple daily tasks reasonably and ensure accuracy
• Flexibility in shift work
