Job Description:

Senior Financial Services Specialist role focused on MPF retirement benefit administration, providing high quality administrative services to achieve client satisfaction while meeting compliance requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Provide high quality Hong Kong MPF / Provident Fund administrative services to achieve maximum client satisfaction
Acquire updated program, workflow and product knowledge
Process internal and external client requests to meet service standards and compliance requirements
Identify and report fraud/error/irregular transactions
Build positive relationships with peers and promote teamwork

Requirements:

College degree or above
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
Good English reading and writing skills
Able to arrange multiple daily tasks reasonably and deal with various problems in time
Flexibility in shift work

Nice to have:

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band
Candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised
