Job Description:

Senior Financial Services Specialist role focusing on Hong Kong MPF/Provident Fund administrative services to achieve maximum client satisfaction within specific scope defined by PLA

Job Responsibility:

Continuously provide high quality Hong Kong MPF / Provident Fund administrative services
Acquire updated program, workflow and product knowledge
Process internal and external client requests
Identify and report common or infrequent fraud/error/irregular transactions
Build positive relationships with peers and promote teamwork

Requirements:

College degree or above
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
Good English reading and writing skills
Able to arrange multiple daily tasks reasonably and deal with various problems in time
Flexibility in shift work

Nice to have:

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band
Candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised
